On November 20 - 23th, 2025, the traditional Sporting Club of Viña del Mar will host one of the most highly awaited events in the world of barbecue.

This prestigious competition, which is coming to South America for the first time, brings together 80 teams from 40 countries around the world, who will compete “With all the meat on the grill” to be the best team in 6 different categories: beef, pork with bone, boneless pork, chicken, fish and vegetarian.

This great event, which celebrates the art of fire, is organized in collaboration with the World Barbecue Association (WBQA), La Asociación Chilena de Asadores (ACA) and Feria Sobremesa.
